These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lunox Academy platform and participation in our programs. By enrolling a child or accessing this platform, the parent or guardian agrees to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
Enrolment in a Lunox Academy batch is confirmed only upon payment of the program fee (₦30,000 per batch). Each batch is limited to 50 students. Enrolment is open to children aged 10-16. The parent or legal guardian must provide accurate information at the time of enrolment. Procure Triangle Limited reserves the right to refuse or revoke enrolment at its discretion.
The program fee for each 4 Weeks batch is ₦30,000, payable in full before or at the start of the batch. Payment can be made via bank transfer or other approved methods communicated by our team. Fees must be confirmed with your student code before platform access is granted.
We understand that circumstances change. Our refund policy is as follows:
To request a refund, contact us at contact@lunox.ng with your student code and reason. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.
All students are expected to maintain respectful, kind, and constructive behaviour during all sessions and on any connected platforms. The following will result in immediate removal from the program without refund:
Parents are encouraged to supervise their child's online activity during live sessions.
Live sessions run Monday to Friday during each batch. All sessions are recorded so that students who miss a live class can catch up. We strongly encourage consistent attendance for the best learning experience. No refunds are given for missed sessions due to student absence.
All curriculum materials, videos, documents, templates, and tools provided during the program are the intellectual property of Procure Triangle Limited. These materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the enrolled student only. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction of any program materials is strictly prohibited.
Creative work produced by students during the program (designs, videos, projects) remains the intellectual property of the student.
Access to the student platform is granted upon confirmed payment. Each student receives a unique username and student code. Platform access is personal and non-transferable. Procure Triangle Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate platform access for breach of these Terms without refund.
A certificate of completion is awarded to students who attend at least 80% of sessions and successfully complete the final project. Certificates are issued digitally within 14 days of batch completion. Lunox Academy certificates are verifiable by employers and institutions upon request.
Procure Triangle Limited is not liable for any technical issues arising on the student's device or internet connection, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from participation in the program. Our total liability shall not exceed the program fee paid by the parent or guardian.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to parents via the contact details on file. Continued participation in the program after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
